Salon Policy
Cancellations & Reschedules
You must cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your appointment time. If you do so after 24 hours there will be a fee of 50% of your scheduled service. In the case of a no show you will be charged the full amount of your appointment scheduled.
In addition, clients who miss multiple appointments may be required to prepay when booking future appointments.
Alterations -
Mckinney Hair Design does not issue refunds for services received, classes, gift certificates, packages or memberships. Alterations must be communicated and booked within one week of the initial service. Anything after two weeks will be considered a new service.
